Account and data deletion

This page summarises the deletion paths inside the app. Details are in section 4 of the Privacy Notice (Turkish) and section 6 of the Terms of Use (Turkish).

How do I delete in the app?

To delete the account: sign in and follow Profile → Privacy, Permissions and Data Deletion → Delete my account (the app labels are in Turkish). Verification with the current password is required.
For local worship history: on the same screen you can delete records one by one or choose “Clear local history”. Withdrawing consent stops new records and deletes the history on the device.
For all local data: use “Clear all local data and sign out”.

Guest use and signing out

Guest use creates no server account; data on the device is removed with the options above or by uninstalling the app. Signing out does not delete the server account; deleting the account is a separate action.

Retained records and backups

Pre-contract information, contracts and transaction evidence that must be kept by law are retained for three years from the transaction; financial documents under the Tax Procedure Law for five years starting from the calendar year after the relevant year. These periods do not apply wholesale to profile, phone, photo or worship data. We do not promise that all provider backups are deleted at the same moment; your request will be answered with actual copy and period information. Your own device/iCloud backups remain under your control.

If you cannot reach the app

Write from your registered email address to kampuskurye@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, card details or worship content. Requests are answered within 30 days.
